Career Planning

The Career Planning Program is available to assist Cape Cod Community College students with career planning, choosing a program of study, and providing guidance through the internship or co-op selection process. This office can also provide instruction in job search strategies, assistance with cover letter and resume writing, interview preparation, and developing a professional online/social media presence.

We offer two types of appointments:

College and Career Readiness Appointments can help you find your pathway through college and into a career. These appointments are designed for new students at 4Cs, those of you who haven’t decided on or are seeking a change of program, and any student trying to identify what their next steps are after leaving 4Cs.

Internship and Co-op Appointments can help you explore the various possibilities for experiential learning at 4Cs. These appointments can also help you connect to instructors in your program of study. Designed for students who are certain of their program of study and hope to learn through work experience, appointments with our Career Development Counselor are another great way to think about the next steps for your education and career.
