Remote patient communication has always been a part of your daily operations. Phone calls, email, and even written communication are forms of remote communication.

As you do your best to serve your patients and clients while your office is closed and when you are able to re-engage more fully when they are able to come in for care, it is crucial to review your remote communication practices because, for many, this will be the way they will to contact you and continue to feel connected. Sub-standard, disengaged, or less than personalized communication can directly affect your relationship with the people you care for.
